Mom's Veggie Rice

My mom decided to make veggie rice today. It was really good, better than any veggie rice that I have gotten from any Chinese food restaurant that I usually get veggie rice from. Also probably better for you too.
I thought it tasted great! All my mom did was fry some vegetables and eggs. Then she made some steamed white rice and put soy sauce on them for added flavor. Then she mixed the fried vegetables and eggs with the steamed white rice. It is a pretty easy and tasty meal to make.
Sorry, I don't know what the price is, probably around $10, maybe more, depends on what ingredients you get. Also not sure about the calories either, but probably not much being that it is rice and veggies. Overall I think it is a great, tasty, delicious meal. Thanks mom!

Spaghetti Without The Meatballs

Price: around $5
Calories: around 200 (spaghetti and sauce) and 400 with the meatballs (3 meatballs is around 200 calories) So adding meatballs adds about half of the amount of calories in your spaghetti, so your also losing weight as well, by not adding the meatballs.
Quality: 5/5
Overall: Spaghetti and sauce, what's better?

For this meal, my family made meatballs and spaghetti. Luckily for me they made the meat balls and spaghetti separately, so I could get some spaghetti and pour some sauce in from the tray of meat balls which unfortunately, they didn't separate, but that's ok! I managed to get the sauce out without getting any meat in my spaghetti.
One of my first without the meats, a great way to skip it! A great meal, I love spaghetti. It's very cheap and filling. Another cheap and filling meal.

Calories: 150

String Cheese Sandwich

Price: around $10
Quality: 5/5
Calories: 365 using the ingredients that I used.
Overall: Great, simple, easy to make sandwich.

Ingredients: String Cheese
pickles
Two Bread slices
Mayonnaise
Mustard

The Ingredients that I prefer:
HEB orange string cheese (any brand, or string cheese will do)
Mt. Olive's pickles (any brand will do)
Sun Beam; white bread (you can use any type of bread, but I think white bread is the best)
Mayonnaise (all mayonnaise tastes pretty much the same)
Dijon Mustard

I found out about this sandwich when I was trying to find something to bring something to eat at the animal shelter that I volunteer at. I was still into eating meat then, but I couldn't find any meat in the fridge, so I got some string cheese, mustard, pickles, and mayonnaise and made a sandwich out of them. Introducing the string cheese sand which, or as I like to call it. It is a very meat less good sandwich.

Nachos

Ingredients:

             Price: Around $10
          Calories: Per Serving,
                   Salsa 10
                                 Tortilla chips 100
                                        Sour cream unknown
                                             Re-fried beans unknown
Taste: 4/5
Quality: 4/5
Overall: Simple easy to make nachos at a affordable price.

How to make: Make the re-fried beans. Then put the re-fried beans, salsa, cheese, and sour cream on the tortilla. It's basically just tortilla chips with re-fried beans; you can add other ingredients to it if you want. It is a good affordable tasty meal for the family. It tastes about as good as any other nacho that I've eaten. A good snack, or meal.

Jam

I'm having trouble with blogger so, i'm going to have to tell y'all the information in the description. The price is about $10 and the calories are about 180 per bread slice with jam, so two bread slices with jam on each slice would be about 360 calories. On the taste scale, I would give it a 3 out of 5 because the bread tasted kind of weird. Not sure why. The bread wasn't old, but it tasted different than what it usually tastes like. The quality seemed to be good. Overall, Nothing special just a nice simple breakfast, or snack.
Especially with tea! As you can see in the top right hand corner of the last picture.
